Board Game Card Deck

This card deck is based on the symbols of 4 different games, chess, dice, dominoes, and scrabble tiles. The repetative motif style of the number cards was influenced by the work of Coralie Bickford-Smith, specifically her Clothbound Classics series. The color scheme of the card deck echoes the colors often used to distinguish pawns in board games. Overall, the deck creates a self-reference through it being a game made up of pieces of other games.
